[:en]With alisys we have another company and well estalblished local CRM player joining the SpiceCRM Foundation. Being based in Spain serving the iberian peninsual but also the markets in central and latin america alisys is a well established player n the field of telecom, technology and customer experience management. With a long history that started with the early releases of SugarCRM the move to SpiceCRM as the next level of SugarCRM was a logical move to alisys and their CEO Eduardo Gómez de Tostón García.

Alisys already has supported the effort and provided the spanish language pack to SpiceCRM. We will over the coming weeks and month also add a joint tight integration between SpiceCRM and asterisk based PBX solutions. As we all known – telephony integration can make a difference and also be a key motivator to drive CRM adoption. The experience alisys brings to the table is essential and crucial to realize this in the best way possible. And of course, we are happy to be able to provide local support to their existing customer base and the spanish market.
