Q&A with Johann Claussen, Managing Partner Struss & Claussen

1) What was the main challenge that brought you to acquire SpiceCRM?

We wanted to develop further as a company and optimize our processes in order to have a more modern and accessible approach to career consultancy.
Above all, we wanted to digitalize all assessment tasks and create an online portal for our customers as well as support our consultants in their daily business by providing them with automated result analysis so that they may focus on their clients’ needs to deepen the coaching process. Especially we needed a flawless integration of questionnaires originating from external providers & being able to present them in an efficient and clear way.

2) What do you use SpiceCRM for?

We developed our own customer platform using SpiceCRM on which customers can carry out our psychodiagnostics testing & aptitude diagnostic procedures and much more. In other words, we provide access to our customers by using the SpiceCRM dedicated portal capability. The handling of all questionnaires occurs within this portal.

3) What is your overall company strategy?

Personality development, potential development, personal growth, and more satisfaction for our clients. 4) What were the results achieved with SpiceCRM?

The entire process runs smoother for customers and our team with SpiceCRM. We were able, thanks to SpiceCRM, to obtain the integration of questionnaires from external providers. We were also able to present the results by means of charts & the interpretation of the results for the client by means of  a complex algorithm which brings some intelligence to the automated process.

5) Were/Are there any drawbacks when using SpiceCRM?

Everything is going very well! We have been working with SpiceCRM for the past 5 years! Nevertheless, we would like to see new and even more up to date processes in the future that will support us in our own future plans & evolution. Watch the space!
